A Natural Remedy For Healing Breast Tumors

Breast are sacred.  They are positioned over the heart symbolizing unconditional love.  They are soft and nurturing; their roundness symbolizes the circle of life.

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer for women.   The National Beast Cancer Foundation, Inc., estimates that one in eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer; it is the second leading cause of cancer in women.

Women, we are the life givers and the healers.  It seems only natural to turn to the Earth Mother for assistance when battling this dis-ease.

(The following information came from Humbart Santillo BS, MH, in his book Natural Healing With Herbs – The First American System of Herbology, 1991)

Keep the bowls clean with herbal laxatives or enemas.  Three to seven day fast can be used, alternating with a vegetarian diet.  Do not use dairy products, fried foods, heavy starches or high protein foods.  Keep the diet simple and use cleansing foods.

INTERNAL: Chaparral tablets are excellent- two tablets four times daily.  Sassafras, red clover, chickweed and burdock root are good teas to drink to cleanse the blood along with the chosen formula.

Homeopathic silica is excellent for all tumors and swelling caused from a toxic lymphatic system.  Silica is found in plants, usually in the stalks or grains or grasses.  Hepar. sulph. 4x should be used first. to encourage the elimination of pus.  Silica will promote the healing process.  It is excellent for all suppurations (discharge of pus).  Take five tablets of 12x five times daily.

EXTERNAL:  Use hot and cold water packs over the tumor to bring circulation to the breast.  Exercise to maintain good circulation.  Skin brush daily.

Prickly pear cactus (optunia species) makes an excellent poultice for sore breast.  Slash the leaf and apply the pulp over the swelling.

Combine clay and macerated cabbage leaves and mix together with powdered flaxseed and water.  Make a thin paste, add a pinch of cayenne and spread on a linen and apply.  This can stay on for several hours.

Make a drawing, soothing poultice using equal parts of powdered plantain leaves, comfrey leaves, lobelia.  Mix these leaves with wheat germ and castor oil to a thick consistency.  Spread it ¼ inch thick on a linen and apply to the tumor.  Keep this on from four to six hours daily.

Ichthammol and vegetable glycerin mixed together in equal parts as a poultice is very good for all tumors.  Ichthammol is found in drug stores.

Soak a cloth in castor oil and place inside a bra.  This can be worn during sleep or daily activities.  Poke root is also excellent for this.  Poke root tincture is a powerful lymphatic cleanser for all tumors and swelling.  Take five drops in ½ cup of water three times daily.

The Red Clover Combination carried by Nature’s Way Products is similar to Hoxey’s formula which is used for most of his cancer patient.  Take four tablets three times a day.

The tumor may get larger at the very beginning of detoxification, simply because there is so much toxic poison being released by the cells.  This is not a time to panic; once the body gets cleaner and the organs can handle the waste elimination, the tumor will shrink.

It is important to use a low sodium, high potassium diet so the fluids will not be held up in the tissues.

Chlorophyll enema implants are very important during this therapy.  Use wheatgrass or parsley juice freshly squeezed.  Drink two to four ounces  of liquid chlorophyll juice mixed with water taken straight or with juice (celery or apple) twice daily.

St. John’s wort oil or a salve made from this plant applied daily to tumors, swellings, bruises and caked beasts is excellent.  The tincture, ten to fifteen drops three times daily, can be taken internally.

It is very important to keep the iodine level of the blood normal for both the thyroid gland and tissues to have proper cell oxidation.  Eat plenty of seaweeds and take kelp or dulse capsules daily.
